The constitution and every Bill of Rights uses the word," inalienable," which means something that cannot be taken or given away. All gun laws are repugnant and void. This is a CLEAR sign there is no fight. It is already stated by our founders that these laws are treacherous and DANGEROUS.
I watch a few prepper guys and illegals are being sold weapons with no IDs or 4473 paperwork in Ohio RN and who knows where else. Stay safe and keep your head on a swivel

I've got my Colorado Concealed Handgun permit, which reciprocates to many other states. Also, anyone can open carry in Colorado without a permit, and many do. On the other hand, the "Free State Of Florida" has passed Constitutional concealed carry but only allows open carry under specific circumstances such as hunting.

Yea PA has a permit less open carry as well (doesn’t count for driving although that was just ruled unconstitutional) and I’ve heard of Florida’s weird law. I think this bill basically says the states have no right to regulate where firearms are carried.

@woll2633 The way are getting us in Colorado is with "Gun Free Zones," the law enforced kind. I want to go to a game today, but new law passed in July restricts permitted, concealed carry on all college campuses, parking areas excluded.

@@nathanielerskine1875lol that’s so dumb. I made that note in the video and I think we’re gonna see gun free zones and red flag laws being pushed even harder now. That seems to be the new way to attempt to disarm Americans.

im in KY, i was glad to see Massie bring this bill, in fact its my opinion that ALL gun laws are unconstitutional. im a constitutionalist in fullest sense of the word. absolutist. think about it, if you put conditions on our rights then they are no longer rights. take the felons prohibited law, once you make one group prohibited it makes it easier to target other groups. naw man, not me bro the constitution is the supreme law of the land and any law that puts a condition on any of it is unconstitutional, thats just my opinion though. Washington Gun Law is one of my favorite channels, BTW. Trump isnt an end all beat all, lets remember it was Trump that went after bump stocks. what if I told you that the left wing and the right wing both belong to the same bird, meaning they are controlled by the same brain. its a show, shit show, but a show nonetheless. you are right, we must fight to preserve all our rights, BC the 2A isnt the only right they are after, they are after them all, this is just my opinion. great video good content homie!!

Thanks and yea I agree. It’s a shame people have to continue to fight for rights that were recognized 250 years ago. I think the tenth amendment also makes it clear that state have no ground with arms regulation (because states only have the right to make laws where the federal government hasn’t).

There is nothing constitutional about constitutional carry. For them to write a law in effect that indicates you have permission to do something indicates that they have the authority to the opposite end as well. In neither case is any such employee authority existent nor is it implied.

I agree and I think by the way it’s worded that they’re saying that states do not have the authority to regulate where firearms are carried. A bill forcing them to stop acting tyrannical. I get your point though and I ultimately agree but I think with gun grabbers grabbing regardless we still must maintain our rights.
