You are right never give up I got a liver after 7 years on a transplant list. They have advanced so much in liver disease I never gave up hope. God Bless you.

Why aren’t doctors telling us about this???? I have it too, I go for physicals every year. Was never told I had fatty liver!!!

There's no treatment for it except weight loss. There's no medicine or other treatments. Literally just weight loss is the only thing they've found that works.

Theres no approved treatment for nash except weight loss. There are no fda approved drugs to treat this condition.
