This episode perfectly captures not only why men should avoid marriage but also why no one should ever do work they feel to be beneath them. Toast stars in a god awful propaganda film in order to pay his shit ex-wife's alimony only for the director to die before signing his check. This just ends up leading to an even worst job starring in a laxative commercial that could ruin his career for good. It's the law of diminishing returns in full effect. It's better to be poor and destitute than feel forced to do work that is beneath you and your education/experience/abilities.
This is a beautiful song! He should do a full version of Beneath Me.
God have mercy, and I know I am somehow vain, but this explains everything....
The director was brilliant in this scene. The camera moves are very simple but the effect is amazing. Sometimes less is more.
My 2nd fav from the whole three series.❤❤❤
More brilliance from Matt and his cohorts. Kindred souls, him and I.
I searched for this song exactly when I first heard it. and I found it here. now it is part of my play list
Brilliant tune. Just a few seconds that leaves the audience wanting more.

I agree, i´ve got goose bumps !
I totally get how Toast feels :(
My theme song.
Toast of London brought me here!
01:04 song
Can you upload "my worlds closing in on me" - from episode one? :)
Have you heard his album `Kill the wolf` , the song `October Sun`has this same tune that features throughout the episodes. :-)
***** thanks buddy,Love all his albums! its just the songs throughout toast are a tad different to the variations and they would be good to have :)
This show can go from hilarious to depressingly dramatic in an instant
Suicide song of the ages
Is this one of his album songs or an original for the show only?
I think this awesome song was for the show only.
Too bad. I wish it was a full song. Its so moody, dark and atmospheric ,.
I wish they would release a Toast Of London soundtrack, complete with the lyrics from the show!
@@gravesbroderick928 me too. It sounded so much like the American group Placebo
@@whiteblueandme oooo good one
I always skipped the musical interludes while watching this show 🤷

I imagined berry would be a better vocalist considering his elocution, but he does struggle with his vocals
