That board at 17:06 not listed in the manual is Dolby. No longer used but still part of receiver. Not used but those tants can introduce noise to your FM tuner. All I do to that board is replace the tants with films. Any film will do the trick. I use polyester on the Dolby board. Since I mentioned tants, I replace all of them in the receiver with high quality Wima films for audio and then I don't look back.
