Slow to fast 4-stroke-roll-triples

Playing 4-stroke roll triples slow to fast. It's basically a triple stroke with a 4-stroke roll in between the first two notes of the triple.

Practice practice... but your on your way... when your so fast you can't tell the difference between hand changes and it all sounds like 1 continuously even flowing kaidence... then your impressing your fellow percussionists

Last time I competed solos (which was 13 or 14 years ago) I was Grade 1.
