You may like this but , i have worked in Mc Laren for a year , the have their own mixing room and make their own paint (codes) the only ones they don't mix is volcano orange and volcano red.The paint company provides these codes-paint to them .I wanted to paint my motorcycle volcano orange and asked of a friend ( he was working in the factory ) to "get " some for me .The paint was waterborn and 2 stage 😉 100ml silver + 14ml red ink mixed together , 2 full coats , no control coat , on a grey sealer , just for information 👋

Thanks for the info, thats what i heard is you have to order the color pack from the dealer but only mclaren certified shops are able to…we sent out a piece for color match and now we have the formula in ppg for volcano orange 😄👍🏻

" Tech " at its finest with that roof , nice work Andrey making the best off other peoples mess . McClarens are n't good on paint like most small car companies no codes etc nightmare .
