Hello Jennifer. I live in Iceland and I am a retired textile teacher, (teaching children from 6-14 in an elementary school). I am so happy that I found you on youtube. I start every morning looking in my computer for more of your snippets and I bought 2 of your latest books recently and silk ribbon too 🥰 thank you for your snippets and the books 🙏 Have a nice weekend
I love when you call us peeps. Makes me feel like we are a community. Thank you for posting a video today on my birthday. I love to hear you talk about everything. Have a great day❤
Jennifer, if your daily stitching videos are becoming just to much, why don't you make it once a week with a slightly longer content, that way you can relax and show your creativity at a slower pace. We all know what a busy life you have with all your stitching classes, not to mention all the travelling you do. We will all still be totally delighted to keep tuning in for a slightly longer content and it won't be as stressful as a daily blog.....Jenny your work is Absolutely Stunning and Mega thanks for sharing this awesome skill with all your fans.
I quite like your “bouffant”. It reminds me of the lilacs outside my stitching window in Spring. Thank you for spending part of your Saturday with us. My grandchildren are 8, 8, 8, 5, 5 and one due to make his appearance between now and next Saturday.
Thank you Jennifer for doing these snippets. I am new to embroidery and it is very helpful to see your process. I am inspired to find my own free form. :)
Thank you Jennifer as always for sharing your snippets time with us. I was not aware that silk ribbon is hard to get in the USA ,I am really surprised as I know there are so many crafters around. The bouffant will be fine as it will be Jennifered and made to fit in. Yeh !! A twirly hoop love it . Gosh your grand children are growing rapidly. I bet you see a difference each time you visit. See you at your table next time.
I’m in middle Georgia, USA and I do find it difficult and expensive to find true Silk ribbon! Let me know if you’ve had better luck with finding it! ✌️🤍
Love the ribbon stitch flowers Jennifer. Thank you for visiting us on a Saturday, enjoy the rest of your weekend. Here in Ocean Grove (over looking Bass Strait), we have had extreme weather in the form of very very high winds and huge seas. So dear Jenny, please send us some of your beautiful sunshine and calm days. ❤
You are such an inspiration to me and many others! We hang on every word and stitch! You move the hoop any which way you like! We are with you! I am in the US and silk ribbon, of quality, is hard to find! There are some cheaper lines that come from China but they are so thin and flimsy that they don’t do what I want them to do. There is lots of acrylic and satin ribbons, but again they don’t behave well. The good ones like River Silks cost an arm and a leg. Oh well, it’s worth it to get the look we want!
Oh Jennifer, Miss Aqua Net Bouffant is lovely, she is about to drive her baby blue convertible to a picnic taking her jello salad and pimento cheese sandwiches.
Hi Jenny - I love your purple flower. It looks really pretty where you stitched it. It could be a Hydrangea. Do you have those shrubs? Enjoy your swim and weekend. Hugs! 💕🧵🌺
Hi Jennifer, love all you are doing, all the embroidery stitches. Do you have a video on Boho inspired sewing caddy??? I be so happy if you have. Many thanks 🤩 have a great day 😊
I have had a very hard time finding good silk ribbon in the USA. What I did find on Amazon ends up being a little warped when I unroll the spool. I have looked on the internet at every shop that carries embroidery thread. No luck on ribbon.
I have noticed that you often say something that sounds like "uch innata " when you make a mistake ...is that an Afrikaans expression? If so, what does it mean? I find myself saying it now, all the time and it's very useful and expressive.
Jenny, I’m so glad you decided to ignore the complainers and just keep on stitching with us in whatever way makes you happy ! Thank you!
Thank you so much. Xxxxx

I love listening to your thinking process-and how you work with such little pieces of ribbon and thread.
Reminds me of a hyacinth flower. The big bold one. I love it. I also love purple.
Yes, perhaps it’s a hyacinth on steroids 🤣🤣🐦⬛🪡🪡
