Hey this is Paige I am using my dads TH-cam account. I am eleven years old and I just learned to knit a month ago. So far I have knitted a purse, bracelet, headband, tank top, two dish clothes, a flower hot pad, and a face scrubby. I love knitting and your youtube channel is the only place I go to for patterns. Your videos are consistently good quality and I love watching them. My favorite thing to do is watch the cool stitch patterns, like this one, and incorporate them into my knitted projects. I also like to watch random videos on techniques while I am knitting other patterns, so I can use them to improve. Thank you so much, Mrs. Kristen, for your awesome videos. You have transformed me into a knitter for life!!!!!!!!!!
This is a lovely design. Enough "movement" to make it interesting to look at but not making beginners (or impatient people!) get annoyed with complicated slips and y.o. Thanks, Kristen, my new project is set! 🤩
Hello! My 50 KNIT STITCH PATTERN BOOK is a great way to easily knit up your favorite easy patterns. Check out the print and e-book versions here www.studioknitsf.com/knit-stitch-pattern-book/
I love this pattern! I have started knitting a black and white scarf (changing colours every 18th row) and also added an edge with K1SL1 on each side. It’s shaping up beautifully! Thanks so much, Kristen!
I am confused. When you reach row four, you start with P1 and end P2. If you are doing a multiple of 3, so 18 rows, after doing the P2 do you start with the P1 again? So effectively P1, K3, P2, P1, K3, P2, P1, K3, P2.
I can't figure why mine doesn't look like yours. 😭😭 I followed the instructions for circular needles up to row 10 and it looked like a mess. No ribs nicely leaning to the diagonal. So I ripped everything out and started again. By row 7 I could see it was turning out the same as the first. Should I try following the straight needle instructions even though I 'm using a circular needle?? I am ready to give up and look for a new pattern. I don't like workjng with preused yarn because it splits and doesn't spring back to shape like fresh.yarn does. 😭🥺
Hi this is Gato from México and I have a Big concern. If I have to K2, P3, K1, and then I bb Will have to do K3, P3 all the way down? I really need your support. Thanks in advance...gato

😍 So pretty! Not to mention, simple. No complicated increases or decreases. Also, the slants kind of look like cables, so it looks even prettier!

Is this pattern for bidextrous knitting or do we need to reverse sides & keep knitting with right hand only??
Hi does this stitch pattern "shrink" in like regular ribbing does ?
