I was almost pickpocketed in the crowded Istanbul tram along the Gulhane line. A foreign looking woman had her arms hidden under her sweater. I thought she was being nice, when she pointed to me to hold on to the handrail above our heads. As I had my sling bag at my front, she stood right in front of me in the crowded tram. My bag has a top flap with 2 clip-buckles, and a zipper underneath the flap. Luckily I felt some movement from my bag and to my surprised, it was unbuckled and unzipped. Be very careful guys!

I was there today! We got a ferry across to the old side earlier and went yarn shopping 🤭
