There are also others I can’t remember at the moment or even don’t know.

You're absolutely correct but this is how this kind of yogurt it’s known in all western countries. If I say ‘Turkish yogurt’ instead of ‘Greek yogurt’ nobody will understand what kind of product it is and the reason for that is Chobani, the largest yogurt company globally, ironically founded by a Turkish entrepreneur who labeled the product as ‘Greek yogurt" and then other competitors made the same around the world - However, it's essential to acknowledge the rich history of yogurt, which dates back thousands of years before Turkey got its name on 1929 as country 🙂
There is no such thing as Greek yogurt. Yogurt is a Turkish food and even its original translation is the Turkish word "Yoğurt". Please correct this translation error. Stop this Greek fraud on Turkish cuisine.
You're absolutely correct but this is how this kind of yogurt it’s known in all western countries.
Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish businessman, popularized yogur internationally by founding using the name ‘Greek yogurt’ Chobani quickly became a top-selling yogurt brand around the world so it’s now known as ‘greek yogurt’ because a Turkish man. Anyway yogurt it’s 4000 years old and Turkey was founded in 1923.
@@WannaWalk Due to the greed of the Greeks, yoghurt is known as Greek food in America. But in Europe and the Middle East, it is known that yoghurt is a Turkish food. Turkey became a republic in 1923, it was not established, I would like you to learn some history, ignorant man. Before the Republic, there were Ottomans for 600 years and Seljuks for 400 years. Turks brought yoghurt from Central Asia. You are both ignorant and chatty.
Not sure if you can read or understand but It was a Turkish man who made it popular around the world as ‘Greek Yogurt and no Turkish Yogurt. Why you blame Greeks for that? Yogurt's origins date back to around 6000 BCE in Central Asia. Early Neolithic peoples in this region stored milk in animal stomachs, which naturally fermented into yogurt. Not sure if you can understand that Neolithic people were not Turkish. They just lived in the area where 6000 years after Turkey was created. Finally, I traveled all the world, visited over 100+ countries and in all cases, it’s called Greek Yogurt. Nobody calls it Turkish yogurt outside Turkey and this is thanks to a Turkish man called Hamdi Ulukaya who created the most popular yogurt brand in the world. He wrote: ‘greek yogurt’ in the packaging instead Turkish yogurt. Deal with it.
Güzel paylaşım tesadüfen denk geldim.Fakat yoğur Yunan yoğurdu değil.Türk yoğurdu.Orta Asyadan gelen Türklerin getirdiği ve komşu veya vatandaş olması nedeniyle Yunanlıların bizden aldığı.Baklava,da böyledir.Orta Asya ülkelerinde yoğurt şu anda var.Ama yoğurt Yunanistan hariç hiçbir Avrupa ülkesinde yok.Yoğurt bizim kardeş.😊
Yogurt has been around for over 5,000 years, while modern Turkey is only about 100 years old, so its origins belong to the whole region. Around the world, everyone calls it Greek yogurt because, decades ago, Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish businessman, introduced it to the U.S. under the brand name “Chobani,” marketing it as Greek yogurt instead of Turkish. Thanks to a Turkish man, the entire world now refers to strained yogurt as Greek yogurt, but I know it’s called Turkish yogurt in Turkey 😀❤️ More Turkey to watch later: th-cam.com/play/PL4ZSmi3lHwZJr1NcunEpF2OhU6HS8HhEw.html&si=-o_TyVTmtBYn1tMM 🤩🇹🇷

Merhaba 07:30 da yunan yoğurdu demişsiniz yoğurt yunan degil türk yoğurdudur.

Thanks to a Turkish man, the entire world now refers to strained yogurt as Greek yogurt, but I know it’s called Turkish yogurt in Turkey 😀❤️
