Hana, I’m continually amazed by your knowledge of Pakistani music. I grew up listening to Junoon so when you mentioned them, I couldn’t help but smile. This track is a masterpiece of course, puts one in a trance, sends shivers down your body. And yes, Coke Studio’s Allahu Akbar has the same effect on me. I’m very proud of Pakistani music for producing such amazing devotional songs. Xulfi needs to do a religious track in the next season of CS. PS. Abida Parveen sang the original Ghoom Charakhra of course but she also did a version with Ali Azmat in Season 11 of CS.
Awww 🥺🙈🙌🏻bahoooot shukriya Indeed Pakistani music is on top Kasam se. For me, everyone needs to know about such legends And yes, totally agree! A devotional song needs to be there 🎶🔮
This is a combination of two Sufi poems written hundreds of years ago. One of the poems is by a sufi master named Sachal Sarmast in Sindh whose real last name was Farooqui and is somehow related to my ancestry. He wrote poetry in seven different languages including in Arabic and Persian.
I am sure others might have also requested for reaction on “Gharoli” but I am happy that you reacted on it and I would think that it was on my request… Now to cool you down after this, you need to react to a relatively mellow song of the same genre (sufi rock). Now you should react to “Ranjhna” from the Nescafe Basement and “Kamiz Teri Kali” again from the Nescafe Basement. Once you react to them, I would be able to establish my credibility as an understanding recommender…
Thank you 🙂 Although others might have requested too, but I would think that you reacted on my request, so thank you once again…! 😊 Now after such a hard sufi rock song, you need to mellow down and react to a light sufi rock, the name of song is “Ranjhna” again from the Nescafe Basement. Trust me, like you did before… If you react to Ranjhna, it will make me a “credible recommender”for you…so go for it and then I shall recommend further 😎😍 Thank you once again…
This sufi kalam is originally sung by legendary Abida parveen you must once listen to it 😊 available in Coke studio 🎙️ season 11 it also available in Ali azmat's voice 😊
Yes her style is similar to abida because she's inspired by legendary abida Parveen of course she has her own unique style too... Secondly you found some melodies , lyrics similar to some indians songs (mainly old Bollywood songs) because Bollywood copied so many songs from Pakistan even till today they copy our songs , melodies , lyric and don't give credit to the original owner and the reason is that indian audience is in very large number on TH-cam so no one cares if anything is stolen from Pakistani music they just try to own which is not their and Bollywood is very advertised many people around the globe know about Bollywood but Pakistani music is very underated but it's better than Bollywood music in every aspect and we are proud of our musical heritage and singers❤
Absolutely I know that 🤷🏻♀️ but fikar not.. people are getting more aware nowadays .. inshaAllah I'll keep promoting awesome, original gems. They've been even copying Arabic n English songs too.. everyone knows it now. Khas tor par NFAK qawwalis .. har koi Janta hai ke it's by the legend himself🖤 But those ones I think were just inspired.. particularly Jhanak Jhanak. Please tell me if you know more about it
Pakistani music is now getting international 💪🏻❤️❤️ The worth it deserves is beyond all. However, I hope Bollywood fever doesn't occur to Pakistani musicians.. ke in quest of numbers, they start making anything appealing to the short span wale and Kuch bhi pasand karne wale audiences
