- Land o' Lakes is a city/suburb in Pasco County, Florida, United States. Land o' Lakes is part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan area. As of the 2010 census, the population was 31,145. The population grew rapidly during the 1990s, growing from 7,800 residents to 20,971 as new housing developments were built. Land O Lakes is located about 30 minutes north of Tampa and is a suburb of the Tampa area. As I drive around here it seemed like a quiet place for families but nothing to see as far as attractions. The median household income as of 2019 is : $80,860.

Land O Lakes. It looks nice although there is probably not alot there other than alot of residential areas. If you're looking for more excitement and things to do, you may want to head closer to Tampa. Thanks for the tour.
That community you drove through are villas, not houses. They are like condos. That's why they all look alike and are connected. They are actually very nice. You get the feel of a single family home without all the upkeep and a HOA community well maintained. Just wanted to share that info. Thanks for the video.
