Good points you make and thank you. I seem to be focusing more on tiktok because it's so much easier to grow. I find youtube so difficult to get anywhere and very frustrating...
A short summary of the video:
1. Avoid TikTok trends, because it has been proved that trend hopping is no longer the best way for you to grow.
2. Do not ignore the covers on TikTok. Of course, it is not going to be the key to your success, but covers shall be aesthetic.
3. Share something controversial with your audience.

I think all of these are good ideas but the repurposing content will probably be the biggest way to grow. However, I’m scared to try that on my viral video. I got 3 million views but it’s not really what my TikTok is about. There must be a better way 😩

Some good tips. I grew pretty fast been on there 9 months. Have over 100k I don’t really have a niche that’s my problem. I’m just me. I have subjects I’m passionate about but I don’t center my TikTok behind it I get a lot of support from going live and being myself.
I think going live a lot pushes your videos it’s just something TikTok does idk why
Hi Jade, Thanks for all the great info, as usual. I have a strategy question. If I had 90 TikTok ready videos for a new channel, should I post 1 a day for 90 days, or 3 a day for 30 days, or 3 a day for 1 week then 1 per day? I might not be able to maintain daily posts after this initial push, though if we see some success I will do it as often as I can. I'll also be cross-posting, in a staggered manner, on YT and IG. Thoughts? Thanks.
I would never take advice from someone that has only been on TikTok for a short period of time!! This is coming from someone that has a very large following on TikTok and I’m here to tell you it’s all organic!! There is no trick.. be authentic, be consistent, and post quality Contant, and I promise you you will see results
TikTok creator here (555k) - I absolutely agree with you on the “‘stay away from TikTok trends” - and find your niche! I never do trends, and have only used popular music a few times… I also want my followers to like me for me, my music, quirkiness, vibe… ❤️
