    David Avocado Wolfe and others in naturopathic circles have identified this as an excellent detox protocol from "the needle" that everyone is going on about, if you catch my drift.

      What an absolutely ridiculous assertion. Get a grip and learn some science. 🙄

      Ponderosa pine you can definitely make tea from. I don't know about the Norfolk pine.

    Hello,
    Thank you very much for your advices and useful video.
    I would like to know, which quantity of pine do we use approximately, knowing that it depends on the recipient we use ; if we consider the one appearing in the video, what is it's liquid quantity and, finally, the quantity of pines.
    Sorry for my bad english.
    Thank you very much.

    I have a pine tree that looks like the needles of the scots pine but has 5 needles per prong. Is this an edible pine?

    • @charkitte
      @charkitte 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, it is. That's the white pine tree.

    What about using young pine is that fresher? Why does the water need to be boiled? I kind of stupidly didn't boil the water when I made it but I was fine.

    • @UKWILDCRAFTS
      @UKWILDCRAFTS  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I like to bring it to the boil just so it helps to infuse the flavour quicker

      @@UKWILDCRAFTS ok thanks is young pine or old pine better to use?

    • @UKWILDCRAFTS
      @UKWILDCRAFTS  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Either is fine. Younger is better though
