I've been drinking about 12 cups of water or mineral water with 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt in each cup. I also eat about 800 grams of meat a day, plus about 6 eggs, and I heavily salt these 2 meals. I've found having 4 grams of magnesium citrate a day helpful.
