according the size of the crane it seems to be empty containers. ( loaded and havy containers are always stowed below deck and the empty or less weight containers on top )
It is an amazing amount of force and weight those anchor systems between containers withstand in these out of range circumstances.
It seems the trick is knowing where to begin!

How often does something like this happen? Must be a bugger to clean up, not to mention possibly affecting the stability of a ship.
this look' s to be the effect of bad weather.. or givin the stats, (90%) human error!
How on earth does someone mess up THIS badly? I'd be royally pissed if I had a shipment on there.
