Lots of respect to these HAZMAT specialist emergency crews. Knowing just how dangerous some of these chemicals are, I wouldn't want to be within a km of this ship.

How on earth does someone mess up THIS badly? I'd be royally pissed if I had a shipment on there.
It is an amazing amount of force and weight those anchor systems between containers withstand in these out of range circumstances.
This is why some my shipment going nowhere
It seems the trick is knowing where to begin!
this look' s to be the effect of bad weather.. or givin the stats, (90%) human error!
according the size of the crane it seems to be empty containers. ( loaded and havy containers are always stowed below deck and the empty or less weight containers on top )
