I can so resonate with you about the health and wellness. I want to be better, the intention is there but uggghhhh... And consistency.. this one gets me constantly. If I hyper-focus on something, I tend to get obsessive which makes me fall behind in other areas. I love watching your videos just because it has helped me in my MakseLife. I have learned to break things down more so I can get excited about crossing off things from my lists regularly rather than waiting for an entire project to be complete.
I love watching your goal planning videos. I have such trouble with that. I shouldn’t because I taught school for 33 years. Many blessings and Happy Easter.
"When I get tired and or grumpy I let everything go". I think I have a tendency to let everything go when I get home from work. I don't even look in my planner to see what I could do. If I'm too tired I'll forgo skin care . But then on a day off I do a mini regimen and I feel so good after. I just need to remember how nice doing my skin feels after.
I’m starting to use an old EC wellness planner I’ve had for a while this month too. I was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome recently and need to figure some things out!
