love it! it kinda depends on your collection but some meal themes I could do that would be fun: - arts night - spy / detective night - apocalypse night - fancy high class night some little add-ons… it would be fun if you dressed in an outfit that would work for the them and also it would be neat if you paired a snack / drink for the night 💕😊
Missed opportunity to have one of the parts of the meal called 'bread' cause bread is always a 'filler' (filler game) in restaurant ;) Love Forgotten Waters! They have an extra scenario you can buy on the app as well. Hors d'oeuvres: 5 min Mystery. Appetizer: Herbaceous Sprouts. Salad: Canopy Main Course: Robin Hood (and the Merry Man or the Adventures of). For my dessert, I'd do Truffle Shuffle.

great list! our taste is similar. my list would be: tea time breakfast - Floriferous. appetizer - Subastral. Salad - Herbaceous. Main course - Spirit Island or of its too much, Everdell, meodow, tiny towns, cat island. desert - creature comforts. its overall a light meal.

favorite appetizer game for me is Chinatown. Rules takes about 5 minutes to teach but the cronchy negotiations really break the ice for even the more timid gamers.
I would also recommend Raiders from the North Sea for a low calorie main course. In another video you mentioned wanting to get into Garphill games, for me this is the one to get. Great official Solo as well for when you dine alone. The art is also more detailed than the other Garphill games IMO.
Great video! Forgotten Waters is pretty high on my most wanted list. Can it be played solo? I'd love to play it with my wife, but it might be tough for us to always be able to sit down for a 2-3 hour play. Oh, and the new haircut looks great!

Love the idea of this series! Going off of what I have in my collection, I think my "summer" board game menu might be... Hors d'oeuvres: Tokaido (the penultimate "zen" game, a super easy and attractive way to start the night, and what says summer like an international vacation, right?) Appetizer: Flash Point Fire Rescue (heavier than an hors d'oeuvres, but co-op which lets everyone stay on the same page, and the fire brings the heat to spice up the rest of the meal!) Salad: Fleet (I actually added this to my menu before I got to your reveal of Fleet: The Dice Game!!! Simple but "refreshing" with that water theme, not too heavy but with enough decisions to keep players engaged; I can't wait to try the dice game version!) Main Course: Dune Imperium (summer! desert! dry & hot theme, competitive, lots of brilliant mechanic implementation; a really solid deck-building and engine-building game with enough depth to be the main focus of the night) Desert: Parks (beautiful art, travel-oriented, can be a little mean but also can be quite relaxing like Tokaido, a nice way to bracket the overall meal... though if I branched outside of games that I own, Dixit is always a wonderful way to end the night, and the abstraction could let it fit just about any theme)

This was a really great idea! Loved the menu! I was thinking Sunset Over Water should replace Kites, which sounds beautiful by the way, until you placed it as your dessert. Now you got me thinking about about a replacement for your first game. How about that new one called Boards, I think. With the surf boards.

Some amusement park themes or carnival themes popped into my head that remind me of summer, but I like all of your choices. Oh...and your hair looks fantastic btw :) I also am pretty shocked that you didn't have a coffee game to wash everything down lol.
I might actually do theme park/carnival as a separate theme! Excited for that! I’ve been really enjoying theme park themed games! 😊👏🏻 a full menu of coffee games would be fun too! I’ll need to do more research for more coffee games! Haha! And thank you so much!

Tranquility is a good choice for an hors d'oeuvre. Light and coop and fits the water theme. If you’ve never played it’s well implemented on BGA!
