There I am in the red shirt at 6:09 . It was very fun and coincidentally Keith and I (both from Houston) came in 41st and 42nd place. With 83 contestants, he was in the top half and I was in the bottom half... so we split the playing field exactly. Fun fact indeed.
Please make a video about WR fails. Examples: Feliks's 5.33 corner twist, Kevin's +2 out of 5x5 WR single, Jayden's dropped cube sub-4 fail, several big cube explosions a long time ago, Max's 6x6 WR DNF because he touched his camera in inspection, Chris Olson's several 2x2 WR average fails, Keaton's 5.09 wasn't officially recognized because of Lucas's 4.9 later that day, Collin's 5.xx misscrambe the same day, Max's OH WR single misscramble at US Nats 2018, and there are almost certainly more that I couldn't think of now.
Why? It sounds like the video idea of some lesser channels like ezcubing, who speculate about "oh, if feliks didnt twist his corner, he would have had world record". theres nothing really much to talk about anyway
That’s me and my brother on the 5x5 platform. It was a fun event and I don’t think we would have entered if the location hadn’t been local. Thanks for the recap.
Woah. There went soo much and yet the early cubers decided to not give up..I'm seriously so thankful to them .. half of my identity exists as a cuber and had they given up...well there would have been no Feliks, no gans , no max, no cubicle aaah that as intense
At least three, possibly four if current theories are to be confirmed (which seems likely). Some physicists suggest there could be up to 26 cubers, but the experiments which should be able to prove they exist haven't given positive results.
You rock!!! Just watched them all, Maybe u can make vid on how Dayan changed 3x3 speedsolving and how magnetic cubes are again changing the game. Im looking forward to new series too, Thanks!
Why was the guy competing in the five by five if he couldn't solve it? I understand you said there wasn't a rule against it but why did he want to what was the benefit and why did he not want to stop
This is around when I started cubing! Definitely remember reading about Dan Knights winning the World Championship and thinking solving under 20 seconds would be amazing but way too much work to do (I now can do it).
I know this doesn't have anything to do with the video but does anybody know if the cubicle does have a shop where i can buy speedcubes? Or if there is any speedcube shops in the us? Thanks : ) Edit: With shops i mean real life stores where i can go up and buy a cube in person.
@@alexf0101 mainly for cubers. It won't learn to you how to solve a cube :) It is more the story behind the rubik's cube :) With many many many little stories like those in this video :)
I wish worlds could be held in Canada because The worlds in Toronto was a year before I was born and probably won't be going to another country anytime soon (well maybe USA)

You can see part of my head at 2:51!
I should put that in the description. "With a cameo from RedKB!"
@@TheCubingHistorian Haha yeah that would be funny
I swear you're one of the most underrated, unknown youtubers on the whole site!
I would've broken the world record in the old days......
With what brand cube?
@@gazzawhite Idk, even wth a Da Yan.
@@junting605 which didnt exist back then
@@cubinglab6332 Doesn't matter, a Rubik's Brand would be fine too.
@@junting605 but the methods you use were not developed either

This isn't such an interesting topic to be honest...

ive always been asking my self
how many cubers there are worldwide?

Pyro Cub3R 4% of the population, or approximately 280 million

Make a video about square 1. Like, how did a shapeshifting puzzle become a WCA event?
hey how could i reach out to you because i have an idea for some videos if you are interested

But what about other stuff like events, there was some unusual ones, If I remember correctly
