POE Crafting Guide | 40 Div Int-Stacker Wand for 11 div of materials

1) acquire two wands, one with elder influence and one shaper influence, with one of them being the base type 'imbued' (it doesn't matter which influence is on the imbued wand). These can be purchased off trade for 5c each. the item level for both needs to be at least ilvl 68 (preferably it isn't higher; higher the item level, the more useless mods we don't care about can roll).
2) make sure the imbued wand is rare, and begin crafting it with primitive chaotic resonators socketed with 'perfect fossils' until achieving 30%.
3) scour both down, they should be white/normal rarity. now transmute and begin spamming alteration orbs until we acquire the 'Lightning Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Intelligence' on our shaper wand, and '1% increased spell damage per 16 intelligence' on our elder wand. MAKE SURE BOTH WANDS ONLY HAVE 1INFLUENCED MODIFIER.
4) use an awakener orb to first click the base that isn't the imbued wand, and then click your imbued wand. This should 'consume' the non-imbued base, destroying it and capturing ONE of its influenced mods. The mod captured is now a guaranteed roll on the imbued wand, which will reroll into a rare item with one influenced mod from each item. This is why it's important to roll these items with only one influenced modifier - we are guaranteeing one influenced mod from each item rolls into a rare item on a base of our choosing - the essence of what an awakener orb does. At THIS POINT you should also check to see if the 'Adds # to # lightning damage to attacks with this weapon per 10 intelligence' mod is rolled perfectly, and divine it to perfect if it isn't (its range is from 1 to 5-6, we definitely want 6)
5) If you unfortunately roll something with full suffixes, you need to yolo annul for this next step. we craft prefixes cannot be changed and use a veiled orb on the item. This will either remove another suffix and add a veiled suffix, or remove the 'prefixes cannot be changed' mod and add a prefix (assuming you have an open prefix). If the former happens, benchcraft a mod to block (in this video I did phys dot multi) before unveiling either double damage, attack speed + dex and int, or crit strike multi. if the latter happens and you get a veiled prefix, unveil and fish for 'attacks with this weapon penetrate #% elemental resistances' veiled prefix before using another veiled orb on the item (after benchcrafting 'prefixes cannot be changed' again)

Also actual crafting guide for a much better wand: awak both int mods- annul till empty preffix and empty suffix - craft preffix cannot be changed - scour for no suffix - craft can have multiple crafted mods + suffix cannot be changed + preffix cannot be changed - veiled chaos for guaranteed suffix that will replace can have multiple mods - unveil hybrid int str crit, dd or hybrid attack speed dex int - craft can have multiple crafted mods - craft attack speed ( or dd/crit if you hit attack speed) - craft ele pen or spell dmg (will depend on settups ig but for most builds pen is more dmg i think) and done will be only midly worse than a perfect wand missing 3 pen and 1 suffix for very cheap compared to how good of a wand youll get

A few things, you can get double int mod with ele pen, crit and attack speed for 40~d which is much much better. Accuracy is kind of a dead stat since int = accuracy (wand mastery). 24% Qual is all you need since it's every 8 (you wanna enchant attack speed). You should not divine before you awakener, it randoms the value (yours even goes down). It's super gamba craft though, prefixes has to not fill, 50/50 to hit prefix veil, (if you hit suffix you have to pay 15d to retry or start over) then 50~% to unveil ele pen, multimod str/int crit, attack speed.
