    Sick video. That riding area is so cool. The music was a good touch
    The Bee did good! Thanks for helping keep the trails clear!

    Can you make a video showing what you carry in your brown bag

      Nothing too interesting. Some extra levers, toilet paper, some camera stuff and of course, snacks!

    I just got back from a snow ride on my UB in S. OR. We could only get 6 miles in as the snow was too low. We ended up doing some trail maintenance lots of wind falls. "Cover your rear brake so you don't loop" LOL, I found out the hard way on a hill climb.

      Yeah I got lucky with the snow level. Regarding the rear brake, yeah, still gets me from time to time haha.

    What app are you using for trail maps?

    • @zekd
      @zekd  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I run a software called DMD2. I just recently started using it. I also run OnX which I love. You can build routes on your computer and it syncs with your phone. With an electric bike, I find that creating a route before the ride is nice because you can get a sense of the milage. Helps with range anxiety.

    Epic ride and video!
    The content was nice and chill (no pun intended ❄)
    Very nice pacing and editing, people don't tend to notice (if well done).
    As a fellow YT rider always nice to see someone making content properly!
    Keep up the 🔥content!

    Why you turn off ASR ? It's great at such conditions.

    Hello, can you tell me where I can buy a brown handlebar bag like this?

    I run carbide studs in my ultra bee tires, it works great in the snow

      Wish I had enough snow around me to try that. Always wanted to try running studs on my tires.

    Is it upgraded or stock? If upgraded what is the upgrade? It looks powerful

    When the bike was new, did you notice that your battery got better range after a few charge/discharge cycles? I did my first test ride (in daily mode) and by my calcs I won't even get 20 miles of flat dirt terrain. Bike is set up with 18/21, roller chain and 54T. I'm hoping that the batteries will balance out after a few charges and range gets better. Thoughts?

      Not really tbh, maybe a tad better. How much do you weight?

      @@zekd 6'2" 220 before gear. Maybe Im asking too much of this bike, hope not cuz it rips just fine.

      I weigh around the same, we are seeing similar range. I think it's just the reality of the bike. Especially if you are a faster paced rider, expect to see 16-20mi of range. I was shocked to see how much weight affects range. I was under the impression I was going to get closer to 30mi. I guess an upgraded battery is in my future.

    Looks like a fun place to ride, pretty similar conditions that i ride in here in Norway for almost half of the year.
    The only thing i felt i needed so far was a 21/18" wheel setup and a new sprocket / chain, otherwise this bike is perfect as is!
    Which sprocket are you running on the rear?

    What phone mount is that?

    • @zekd
      @zekd  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That is a dedicated navigation device mount for a device called the T665. Check out Peak Designs. They sell an awesome mount for phones. It's similar to quadlock, but better.

    How much "battery" was left after the 10 mile ride?
    Thanks
