    Sir susubukan ko itong procedure nyo, mukha pong mas madali at straightforward at mukha pong napaka sarap. Dito sa Australia ay may mga balat ng baboy na mabibili sa supermarket pero walang nagbebenta ng chicharon, kaya gawa nalang ng home made, ask ko lang po kung parehong mantika yung ginamit nyo sa pag blanched ng baboy sa unang stage at yung ginamit nyo sa pag gawa ng pelletes? marami pong salamat sa pag share ng knowledge..

      hi maam wala po kong specific na measurement sa salt e, ang maadvice ko.lang po rocksalt ang gamitin nyo maam, pero jan sa video natin kung di ako nagkakamali 2 kilos po na salt, kahit 2 hours lang po maam kakapit na po yan especially sa balat

    Hello, May mga tanong po ako..
    1)for blanching, Ano po ang lakas ng apoy. Low, medium or high?
    2)For the second step, tama po ba na mag start sa LOW fire, then MEDIUM if mag start mag dikit dikit?.. Tama ba to keep the medium fire till end of 2 hours?
    3) gaano katagal Pwede I store ang pellets before frying to Chicharon?

      hi
      1) high heat po ang blanching, need po.natin biglain yung skin and fat para mag tighten at mag shrink 😊
      2) baliktad po maam, need magstart sa mas malakas na apoy hanggang pababa within 2 hours time, depende sa dami ng isasalang nyo. paglaruan nyo yung apoy nyo maam in span of 2 hours, watch out lang po pag yung apoy hindi kinakaya ang dami ng salang para hindi lumagkit
      3) kapag tama ang pagkakadehydrate ng pellets maam pwede po sya hanggang 6 months basta nasa dry place 😊

    I noticed, at one point nag struggle ang camera and lighting mo. Just remember, pag may anino ka ng sarili mo sa harapan mo or dun sa subject ng camera it means kulang lighting mo sa outcome ng video or picture. Either you add another light sa kisame(preferably an LED bulb) or if possible, a light stand…
