    Salamat Po sa inyong chicharon tutorial . Malaking kamalian ang nagawa ko. Binanlian ko sa mainit na manteca, pagkatapos ko inilagay ko sa refrigerator overnight . Nagpainit ako ng Manteca , 300 F inihulog ko ang balat na May laman at dalawang oras Kong niluto. Tuwa ako hindi nagdikitdikit. Hinango at pinalamig tapos nagpainit ako ng manteca. Resulta: hindi pumutok o úmalsa matigas na matigas .😢

      backfat = fat and skin ng porkchop
      backskin= skin lang ng porkchop
      try nyo sa supermarket maam kung nagiipon sila ng mga kinalas bilang balat. sa SNR po ako kumukuha noon kaso bulk. sa palengke malabong mkabili ka maam especially paag fresh local meat di sila nagkakalas nyan, salamat po

      yes maam, para di maging seasonal kung sakaling inenegosyo, kung induction yan maam wag ka lang lalagpas ng 350 deg. F, for tge first 20 minutes for 1 to 1.5 kilos
