If you put the cheese mix into a rectangular dish, you can make a simple grid of the number of filling servings that are needed to match the number of dough balls. (The best baker I knew was a chemist. Everything was very precise.)

yummmm..I made these but I added pepperoni then i would melt butter , garlic, parsley, salt and cayenne pepper , coat the top then sprinkle with parm cheese..ty for the recipe..

How does this dough freeze?

Bread dough freezes well. I do it after first proof then when thawing, do it overnight in the fridge. Let it come to room temp then make whatever.
