    Fenix and Klarus use stepdown timers instead of just relying on thermal regulation. Cyansky believe that having a timer alongside temperature protection is a safety net in case one fails. I've spoken about this to them multiple times and they always reference Fenix, so I think they're copying what they do in that department.

    I'm a bit confused by the Spot Turbo graph and your measured numbers in the footage. The graph shows 2,560 at 29 sec and the footage numbers show 1,764 ANSI, there's no chance it's losing almost 800 in 1 sec. I measured almost the same at 1,654 and so did 1lumen. If it was close to 2,560 then yours it the highest tested output yet. Is there something wrong with your graph?

      In runtime graphs measurement is inaccurate, I will retest it and write down here
