  • Why use gunsmith screwdrivers over hardware store brands for working on guns? In this video, I will show you why the Wheeler 89 piece professional screwdriver set should be a consideration for your bench of gunsmith tools.
You can pick up the Wheeler screwdriver set and other gunsmithing tools at amzn.to/3rmd5nZ
In this video, I will also show you up close as to why regular screwdrivers round off heads of screws when you are working on guns.

One kit I don’t see on TH-cam much at all and I don’t see why because it’s a great set with lots of different sizes for a good price the “weaver deluxe 88 piece tool kit”. The flat heads are the most important there are so many sizes Iv come across fixing mine and my friends you need that exact fit so the more flats the better. Other bits can be located cheaply for good ones compared to this type of grid flats. My father got it for me years ago for Christmas and Iv gotten a lot of builds done with that kit! Iv since upgraded to a Williams ratcheting screwdriver I got on eBay
For a good price I’d check those out i also got the Vaughan 2oz hammer which is perfect for my tekton in walnut punch set and with that you are set to do most task. Add a pick set a 4oz hammer and maaaybe a couple different size brass punches and you’re on the road to building! The set does come with brass. That set alone has what you need I just got the extras like the tekton for Roll pins. Break a bit call and they send u a new one. Sesh they should pay me this was long.

It’s amazing how many people will cheapen out on their tools and then complain when they destroy things.

Well, for some people, if they mess up it has to be the tool. Right? Thanks for watching and dropping a comment because I totally know people that you are describing.

@@TheRogueBanshee I have a fair assortment of Gracie screwdrivers, but actually ordered the set you showed in the video just to add to the tools. There are bits and tool ends that I could use like the nut span era and the S&W tool.

@@mikeb9396 it’s a good set. I have a Brownells Magna Tip set that I love. But this set has upstaged that set
