Hb minimum 10 gm hona chahiye. WBC count bachche ke age par depend karta hai

Ek baar main dekhkar hi kuchh bata sakta hoon. Hum endoscopy karenge aur speech analysis karenge. Kya surgeries hui hai woh bhi dekhana padega. Phir kuchh salah de sakte hain
Sir one of my relative’s daughter is having cleft palate…recently she undergone surgery for cleft repair…but there is still regurgitation present and after endoscopy and EUM doctor said she is having VPI with otitis media with effusion and grade-2 tonsils….what will u suggest for that ? Parents don’t want further surgery for baby…Is speech therapy can improve it? Baby is 14 months old now
At 14 months VPI is not diagnosed. I will like to see the child

Cleft lip plate is a genetic problem, so is there any solution to it, please make a video on this too.
You are right. This is a genetic problem in few cases. This can not be significantly reduced as we can not change the gene. But majority of the clefts are not related to genetic issue. Hence we do not know the real cause, so not much can be done except for some anecdotal therapy.

@@Drkaroon dr main bahut chhote sehar se belong krti hu yaha speech therapy ke liye koi facilities nhi h 🥺 apke hospital me online speech therapy ho sakta h kya? Aur dr TH-cam me bahut sari nasal sound ko reduce krne ki excercise h hum waha se dekh kar excercise kar sakte h kya for example:- yawn excercise, balloons ko blow krna , candle blow krna ,breathing exercise etc etc
Hum aapako madad karne ke liye taiyar hai. Hamare speech therapist se online therapy le sakte hain. Par ek baar hamare clinic mein aana padega, assessment ke liye aur ek baar therapy ki liye. Phir online kar sakte hain

Hamare gale mein ek valve jaisa hota hai jo bolate samay band ho jata hai. Cleft palate wale bachchon mein kabhi kabhi valve poori tarah se band nahi hota hai aur hawa uss valve se leak hokar naak se nikar jata hai. Jiske karan awaj mein nasal voice hoti hai
