It’s to loud offensive and triggering for the Gen-Zers, some Karen made 1 complaint about the race track they lived next to being too loud and now we have electric race cars
The V10's were undeniably the best sounding F1 engines; the rawness of it was a big of the attraction for me. I love the technology in the cars, and it has definitely influenced OEM cars, but the lack of sound nowadays....I don't watch nearly as much as I used to. Bring back the noise!
I am not sure but I believe they came close to 1,000 hp in the last iteration. Either way just incredible. Today´s cars are uglier, heavier, sound terrible and are slower to boot. Glory days.
These old F1 cars should have been extinct. But there's a good reason why they keep showcasing these in events such as Goodwood, especially the ones with V10s. Corporate Brains say move with the times, but Racing Hearts say no it's perfect like that. I side with what the hearts say
Monza 2004 Montoya sul rettilineo 370 kmh e un suono indimenticabile . Wing Car, Turbo car fino al 1988, 10 cilindri car, le 3 epoche massime della F1...
What a fuking nervous banging screamer... I so miss those sounds... But only after the first "turbo era" season you really start to appreciate those high rev N/A engines from the past...
I was at the Australian gp. First of the season. It was announced they hit 20,000 for the first time ever. All other announcements came later. But FIA stopped it all during the season.
One of my avourites, BUT, Audi 90 Quattro IMSA GTO.. takes the cake ..although there are soooooo many ones...like the 1936 Auto Union 'Audi' Type C V16..
@@vickramgangaram2925 Yea, i had about the kinda same idea. I was caught between, maybe there are more usefull wet-tyres left than slicks, so they are cheaper to get and this road has more from a regular street than a race track, so therefor more profile is needed.
That's the way f1 should sound... It's got to be the full experience.... Sight sound, smell, speed.... And all out assault on the senses 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Today's F1 and prototype sports car racing are nothing but computerized toasters on wheels. Boring action, even more boring sound. 👎

@@BalmainRick Indeed. It has nothing to do with younger generations.

I miss the old Formula 1 soooo much! It will never be the same again. Fantastic 😁👍👍 !
I'm so glad I knew this formidable time 25 years ago. Kids these days will never know the sound of a V10 F1.
The best sounding and best looking F1 car ever made! I love it!
605kg, 900hp, 19krpm, 3.0l V10, BMW power can't beat it
interesting use of punctuation there.
and a dude driving trying to spin the wheels with TC.
Ferrari did 🙂

This is how a F1 car should be.
Wish i could rewatch the early 2000s f1 with todays video and sound quality. To me, that era will always be peak f1.
This car ever recorded speed of 369.9 km/h at the Italian GP 2004 on Saturday by Antonio Pizzonia with tow from Jarno Trully
My opinion, this was the best formula 1 era
I still miss that V10 sound
This is why I have an E63 M6 V10 (no quite the same) but the sound is 😍😍😍😍😍😍
They sound like a tractor at idle when cold, but drive so damn well when warm..... I envy you......
Used to love watching Montoya wring the neck of this beautiful beast
V10 best sounding engine ever made.... LFA, Viper, M5, Carrera GT etc.

Without a doubt the most visceral sound I’ve ever heard from a car. And that’s through my iPhone.
The traction control crackle sounds very good, but I prefer the clean sound of earlier cars. For example 1999.

Amazing🔥✅
I like the old f1 v10 sounds than what it is today.

Love my 5.0 V10 in the 08 M6....
That 3.0 is brutal though...
Practically double the rpm range ....
Oh yessssss!
What a Beauty 😍
Next to ferrari 640 this is the best f1 sound.❤❤❤

Sounds like it's ready to fight... now I have to listen to a soy blender making some kinda green smoothie.
I am looking to buy the M-6 with the V-10 engine that is inspired based upon this engine 🙂
They dropped the awesome sounding V10 for a vacuum cleaner sounding V6. So sad.
2004 exactly the year I stopped watching F1
2005 was the last year I watched F1 here
Is there a special reason for the use of wet tyres?
Less traction=more drama
I think it's because the wets warmed up fast compared to the slicks plus ideal for uneven surfaces.

@@Matze96DAK yeah It could be that too since they don't really use the wets during the gp lol
3:17 Best sounding engine ever?
According to the commentator it's quite a conventional engine 😜🙂
yes, it is naturally aspirated and electronic fuel injected V10 That is, it. no turbos intercoolers no mgu-k or mgu-h
👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
😍😍😍🤤
👍💪
Where is this, UK?
Yes
0:27 Have has a reverse gear he can to drive back, what's the problem?!
Traction control sounds hideous! 🤮
