It's quite an odd looking resort in my opinion. The rooms are very dated (The TV's are from the 1980's) and what possessed them to paint the entire resort that bright yellow color? It's a lot of money they are asking and so it's unlikely one person would buy the resort. A corporation could buy it but would most likely prefer to tear it down and rebuild. The beachfront is spectacular. I do think this will be sitting on the market for a while.
