Bought my first Opulent Fragrance a month ago. Opulent Red. Loved it, so then purchased Opulent Musk..which I absolutely love. Every time I wear it someone always compliments me and asks where they can buy it❤
I just received opulent oud, my first middle eastern style and first oud scent. This is such a great switch up from the usual fresh and clean or sweet designer scents! I think its surprisingly easy to wear, i had shaghaf oud a year ago and i sent it back cause it was waay too synthetic and too much in the opening. This one will stay in the collection for sure, such a great bargain! Thank you for this video ✌🏻
I gotta tell you something, these products are the best... i have the oppulent red and Oud, sometimes i even combine them to get the unique taste, believe and im not bragging or anything, ladies at my workplace get turned on when i pass by near them.. I think i should try musk too..

Hi, Beautiful! Thank you so much! To be totally honest - The Opulent Line is very polarizing, not safe for blindbuying. The Opulent Red has some similarities with Alien, sure, but it's not a dupe. There's a real dupe called Sacrifice for Her Ajmal. I wear opulent red in open spaces, outdoors mostly, for music festivals, etc, as its a stroooong one 😇
Hi, I have some fragrances from Lattafa including Opulent Musk and Oud. I like them very much. (Oud is like a warm rum cake with lots of spices and Musk is a sweetish musk with a bit of woody notes mixed but only a bit with Baccarat 540 and some Oud) I recommend trying Blend of Khalta and Khamrah with Lattafa too. I bet you'll like it.
Opulent red ...hmm, I found it a bit synthetic and thick feeling ..however I think they defo need maserating.. its better layered with a nice oud ( oud mood ) and that nice blood orange pops out 😊
I have all 3 love the white, red smells like a tire store rubber, kind of like the black haven’t had the black and red on long enough I hope it was a good buy
My first middle e. Fragrance is raghba just this christmas and i like it, i feel it like an egyptian tea...but it's very strong...just one spray. Then i try ana Abiyedh leather and i love it, it's strange and so fresh...and 3 opulent oud and for my type of life it' s too strong, maybe because i usually don't go out in the evening, i'm a quite woman TV and coach 🤭 especially in winter.
I also have Raghba. I sometimes get a cherry nuanse in it. Yes, I agree, Opulent Oud is not an easy daily reach, I also mentioned in my video,that it is more like a special occasion scent. Potent, spicy, dark rose & oud..
I'm thinking of buying Lataffa Opulent Oud but I'm a little afraid I won't like it. I don't know this scent but I have read many reviews that the scent has a long projection. I really like the bottle. she's beautiful. Btw: beautiful earrings❤❤❤
Hi 🙌❤️ Thank you so much! My opinion has slightly changed, now that approximately 1 year has passed- Opulent Oud is quite sharp.. it's spicy, the saffron here is very strong. It's boozy, dark and spicy.. might lean masculine, as it's woody as well. If you enjoy persistent, Arabian style fragrances, then give it a try, but it's not a safe blindbuy. I gave my half used bottle to my dad & he is wearing it with pleasure. It has a long scent trail, that's true ☀️ people will notice your fragrance, that's also true. Best for the colder months, in the summer it was suffocating.. I hope it helps!

I just got the red DND it was so bad I had to go scrub it off my husband didn't like it either but many people seem to like the red I'm just not seeing it for myself

I just got my Opulent red perfume ( it was a blind buy from the internet). It smells like gasoline 😮 i really got sick 🤢. The gasoline takes away all the other nice scents in the perfume, so sad..... i dont even dare to try it again on my skin 😢 well at leas it was cheap

I think there is an inconsistency in the batches by Lattafa.. unfortunately.. i have tested my opulent red on all my family members & I asked, do they smell gasoline & all of them said no. I think I got lucky with my batch.. P.s. I am not sponsored by any brand, so here I'm sharing my honest opinion & i still wear opulent red up to this day... This line is definitely not blindbuy safe ☀️

I think that the gasoline disappears after a few weeks after one opens the perfume bootle. This is a gorgeous perfume, it's not for the faint-hearted(when it comes to perfumes) that for sure! It's really strong, sweet, flowery, spicy, woody, powdery, everything in one, and I totally adore it. Really addictive smell also. I wear it now at work but only on my wrist( because some coworkers are allergic to perfumes) which I smell it when I need some energy boost , if this makes sense 😅🥰 Thank you for the great video!

@@sanneparf yes, it's the red one that has my interest piqued more than the others. Also a lot of people give bad reviews rather than put the fragrance away for at least 6 months to macerate before passing judgement especially with the Middle Eastern houses but also the designer houses claiming that the 'formula has changed' etc etc when in reality if a fragrance is popular then new batches are being made and send out to cover demand. Just like wine, cheese or pipe tobacco these are organic and need time to develop. I have a row of bottles that I'm itching to use but I will wait until later in the year because I have others that I can use in the meantime. I have vials of oud in my collection many are duplicates because even though they are from the same source the older ones are deeper and more resonant than newer ones. Even the colour changes and gets darker. Subscribed!

Thank you so much! In Opulent Oud the rose is not prominent in comparison to Shaghaf Oud Aswad. Opulent oud is more spicy and with a prominent caramel & boozy aspect. If you already own Shaghaf Oud, maybe Opulent Oud will feel redundant to you, I don't know... To my nose, they share that sharp saffron/a bit metallic accord.

Hey, Sarah, I actually like all three of them, for different reasons. Also, they are very different from each other. I forgot to mention, that all three can be layered together & work well combined. My favourite is the Opulent Musk, because it substitutes Baccarat Rouge 540 to me (I finished my BR 540 bottle already & do not have to repurchase, because I already have a bottle of Opulent Musk which is very similar, but not as sweet & overwhelming). And when it comes to Opulent Red, it is sweet & fun boozy floral perfume, that reminds me of the og Alien. I love jasmine trees.. I wore it a lot in summer evenings. The least worn is Opulent Oud, because it's dense & heavy & spicy, so not an every day perfume, to me at least. I hope I answered your question ❤️
I just purchased Opulent Musk. I like it at first but then after awhile it has a strong almost animalic odour which I think is Anbroxan? From reading other reviews online I think it needs some time to settle?
Hi, I think it's the Saffron note you are referring to. Saffron can smell quite animalic. Ambroxan, on the other hand, to me smells like paper, freshly cut wood, cotton, etc.

Hi! If you like spicy, sharp scents with saffron & oud - Opulent Oud. It's the strongest one with a solid scent trail 😁 P.s. it's been a year now - I got it for only 15€, used up 3/4 & then gave it to my dad. Hope it helps! ☀️

I used to blindbuy a lot years ago, but now I sample as much as I can before making the jump 🦘😉
It’s possible it just needs time to settle. Put it in a cupboard for a few months then try again. I’m doing that with Opulent Musk. It’s ok on paper but on my skin it’s got a weird off putting smell so I’ve put it away for a few months and will try it again at some point and if it’s still weird then I’ll pass it on.

I bought the black one about a year ago. I hate it. Bought the black opulent and Eden by Carachel are the worst blind buys I have ever made.

I do not encourage blindbuying. Especially if it's polarizing, as I said in my video about Opulent Red.. Sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you.. I used to blindbuy a lot years ago, but now I sample as much as I can before making the jump 🦘😉
It’s possible it just needs time to settle. Put it in a cupboard for a few months then try again. I’m doing that with Opulent Musk. It’s ok on paper but on my skin it’s got a weird off putting smell so I’ve put it away for a few months and will try it again at some point and if it’s still weird then I’ll pass it on.
You need to start with very small. These perfumes are strong.
