Bunny chow is a South African dish. It is a loaf of bread cut in the following manner, either 1/4, 1/2 or the entire loaf is used. The centre is removed to create a hollow. It is then filled with curry with potatoes and lots of gravy and it is served with a carrot salad ans or pickle. Delicious
