Handmade tiles with Pasadena Craftsman Tile

A tour of Cha-Rie Tang's studio, where she creates custom handmade relief tiles and Batchelder revival tiles. These tiles capture the essence of the Arts and Crafts Movement from the turn of the century and are adapted for contemporary fireplaces, kitchens, baths, and gardens.

I wish I would have visited your studio when I was working in LAC-DHS and staying at a hotel in Pasadena. I would love to make craftsman styled art tiles, but probably of my own design.

Excellent work and film. Were the plaster molds made from a wooden design do you think? Also you seem to pour the clay or terracotta into the molds. Is that correct
