In this clip from the O'Reilly Auto Parts Pit Reporters, championship crew chief Jeff Hammond gives his thoughts on Hamlin's playoff predicament and what the No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing team can do to survive Bristol with their championship hopes intact.
Plus, Kim Coon says Hamlin's strategy will depend on where he qualifies. If Hamlin qualifies near the front, he can be more conservative. But if he qualifies in the back, Hamlin's entire strategy will be about winning at Bristol to reach the next round of the Cup Series playoffs.
