Good vid AV 👍 I wondered why working out legs took longer to recover than upper body thought there was something wrong with me thanks for explaining that being largest muscle group and using more blood and O2 when training legs.
First workout in 12 weeks was a damn leg workout I was the one one training legs on the first day the gyms are back open tho.. No one wants those big legs I guess.
