Visit Eagle Sports Gun Range, a luxury range in Chicagoland

- Public gun ranges may sound out of place in the Chicagoland area given the city’s historic stance on gun control, but they exist. In fact, one of the nicest in the region opened shop in suburban Oak Forest. Eagle Sports Gun Range is a luxury range that could make upscale facilities you’d expect to find in Las Vegas or Scottsdale blush.
Ali Abdallah, an RSO and instructor at Eagle Sports Gun Range, gave us the all access tour to the one-of-a-kind range. Inside we found an incredible set-up that included 22 handgun lanes ranging to 25 yards and six rifle lanes ranging to 50 yards. This busy range was full of great guns to purchase, everything from SIG’s to Draco’s line the walls. Besides being able to purchase there was a ton of guns to rent, including a Barret and full auto selections.
While Abdallah was happy to show off the goods to us, which included a state-of-the-art VIP lounge, he was most proud of the customer service and clientele that the range provides. “Customer service is the number one priority here at Eagle Sports,” he said, “we want to make sure the customer gets what they need.”
He said they also offer a full selection of classes, everything from beginner pistol to advanced tactical classes can be taken at the range. For more information, check out Eagle Sports Range’s website:

Note: Gun Ranges are still banned in the city of Chicago, proper. However, ranges do exists outside of Chicago, in the Chicagoland area and Eagle is a good example of this.

I have to say the commitment to range safety by this place is impressive; I have stopped using a couple of ranges in the Chicago area over concerns over a lack of range safety; I may have to go check these guys out.
I wish I lived closer the VIP membership might be worth it then but being over an hour a way I'd only get to use it 1-2 times a month tops, real shame.

Great range, but a few staff members there were just rude. They look at their cellphone while showing you a handgun. They came across disinterested and stand offish. Honestly, the place is when you first see it is completely remarkable, but the staff there NOT so much.

does anyone know if this place has world war era weapons to rent, its always been a dream of my grandfathers to shoot the weapons from te wars he served in (ww2/korea) and unfortunately he is on his way out. so my father, brother and I are planning to take him to a gun range to experience it one last time is this the right one

Good luck with your new governor who is proud of his gun control rhetoric and ran on it, Your last governor was a republican well by Illinois standards maybe, he vetoed some crazy shit this new guy will sign everything that your legislators bring forward.
Isr Strategies Sadly, you are right. But understand that the Chicago Democrats have ran this state for years. One of the previously elected governors, Quinn, I believe, had lost 100 of the 102 counties in Illinois, but since he had won Cook County (Chicago) and Saint Clair County (East Saint Louis and Belleville), enough votes were found that he got elected. I have lived in Illinois all my life, but I've had enough of high taxes and gun control threats. I am going to leave. The last one out can turn out the lights.

Back and forth from Wisconsin to Florida only advantage with wisconsin new governor is who legislators in state house are republicans so he can’t go nuts with passing laws and Florida we got desantis thank god he supports constitutional carry I keep Florida as residence and DL for purchasing guns even easier than wisconsin no state bullshit for for handguns.
