Yeah, so as others have said, he is an introvert. If you pay attention during big group collabs, he's usually really quiet. Although, I think it's also partially due his ADHD, as many people talking simultaneously can be overstimulating, (speaking as an introverted ADDer myself). But in this case, it's because he also has to be quiet at certain times of the day/night. His apartment has paper thin walls and he doesn't want to disturb his neighbors.
he also said that he didn't want to be too energetic on other people's streams since he doesn't want to run their stream for them (taking the attention) basically, so he let's the others be more energetic if he isn't streaming himself
If you check out his Zatsudans he's typically this way when he's not doing a high energy stream! :> I like when he's excited, but when he's super chill I like it a lot too. Just a different vibe.
