Not kidding, my first time in Cascade Kingdom was one of the best experiences I've had in a game. The music, the visuals, the sounds and gameplay all got to me. I couldn't help but repeat over and over "My God this game is lovely." And I said it again in the sand kingdom, and the lake kingdom, and all the other ones. This will easily go down as one of my most favorite games ever made.

The weird thing is that the "humans" in New
Donk City are technically the same as the other themed inhabitants of the other worlds. Meaning the only reason who they are normal people is because this is a City themed world.

I-Is that a weird thing? I thought a place that has inhabitants themed for the area is commonplace and humans being city dwellers at this point is going to be the same for most games. Even Sonic has similar theme. Get to a city, there's humans, go to a forest, there's fuzzy creatures.
It's an observation to be sure but I think it's more along the. "Yes, most people realize this." kind.

But mario probably got a sneak attack critical and considering his melee success probably the Little Leager perk as well. Which doesn't really change the fact he was using what seemed to be the varmint rifle which is absolute garbage. I guess he just maxed out guns and agility early?

Super Mario Odyssey is an incredible game. When I beat it I watched the credits and said “wow” out loud. No other game has done that for me before or since.
Mario shooting Link while he screams in pain was the highlight of my Mario month.
