    I love Bay Scallops! The real Florida Scallop... Not those cookie cutter, stingray scallops!
    I hope y'all do more of the seafood cooking recipes. That looked delicious.

    Paul Prudhomme is the reason we have redfish limits. They used to be considered trash fish

    That seasoning is maybe a 3 out of 10. I've tested/tried over a dozen types and the Zatarain's from Publix is the very Best. Really. Try it!

    Actually...I've looked up a lot of recipes...this is the one i picked...care for each dang scallop is the only way...just have to keep 'em moving ...bet they were yummy! Great Job...too many critics

    Nope, I use the same method, butter knife and I also have that same spatula-it's a great utensil for the grill.

    Place scallops on shorter skewers so the widest surface of the scallop lie face down on a dish. I guess it will be easier to turn them over that way.

    Just grab a rag and shake the pan back and forth. You don’t need to turn them over manually and scallops are only cooked about 1-2 minutes at the most otherwise they get overdone and chewy just like shrimp.

    Sorry. Way over cooked. Done after 45 seconds each side. These look like they would bounce off the plate.

    hand picking to lay on the skillet...just drop the entire bowl onto the skillet...i can tell you dont know now to cook
