- Bar owners in Kirinyaga County want the county government to rescind the order closing all bars.
The over 600 bar owners from Mwea-East say they are suffering losses since they were forced to close.
Governor Ann Waiguru ordered the closure of all bars pending a verification process for all licenses after 20 people were killed by a brew.
The bar owners say they will abide by all laws and will be on the forefront in the war against illicit alcohol.

That was an illegal order go to court and get your orders.....some stupid roadside declarations shouldn't be allowed in this country......its discriminatory and unconstitutional and doesn't hold any water in the eyes of the law
True ,they should appeal to court this is unconstitutional ,any way even our court orders doesn't work out ,we the people should stand firm and abide by the rule of law
