- Four years after diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) was touted as a means of bringing about racial equality following the death of George Floyd, many corporations are now scaling back or abandoning DEI efforts.
Host Stephen Henderson examines the controversy surrounding DEI.
He talks with Mark S. Lee, president & CEO of The LEE Group, about the current backlash against DEI, what's driving it, and what recourse is available for African Americans and other minority groups in the workplace.

Good report but something to watch out for starting now the European Union has just passed after a long period of time legislation, which is DEI driven. The crux of the matter is, as I understand it no one specially the United States of which your Europe is a large training partner. No one will be able to do business with a European country unless they adhere to the European Union’s DEI mandate this will include companies suppliers as well. in other words, the entire planet, if they want to do business with Europe will have to follow their strict DEI guidelines. This is imposed upon the world by the globalist billionaires who have control of, and heavily influenced the European Union political class. I just recently learned about this approximately two days ago, and it is either up for vote, or has just been voted on quietly under the radar, especially with citizens of the US being distracted by so many events.
DEI is modern day discrimination.
DEI doesn't work. What makes you think in a competitive market, playing field, etc, that being diverse trumps beint the best. These people are looney.
