The idea of creating flats with original characters with there own lives is very creative & exactly what Lego is for. I'd like a update, over 2yrs later who lives there now?
I have to report that all residents were relocated as the apartment was slated for redevelopment and torn down.
In addition, the conspiracy theorist was last seen being pushed in an unmarked white van and has not been seen since.
the apartments are a little small but the overall design of the apartment is good the idea of the second floor scientist is amazing and every tenant is different and has unique apartment.
Even though the apartment is a little small there is plenty of space for everything
This was uploaded a while ago, and I watched it a while ago, but I am just as in love watching it this time around! Such a beautiful and clever build. I'm dreaming about the day I create my own lego city, and, while my towers and apartments will be much larger, I never want to sacrifice any details and charms like those that you instill in your MOCs!

This is AWESOME! Why hasn’t Lego made a modular Apartment building yet? I know some modular buildings have access to upstairs housing but they’ve never made a proper apartment building. Either way this is brilliant, I love it!

Overall, I gotta say i really dig this build. Really well done, with potential. Due to the modular nature, one could even add floors. My only real comments have to do with the penthouse. How can someone money guy with a fancy apartment not have flatscreens installed anywhere. And also, if I had a fancy penthouse like that, I'd be mad if the superintendent/building management/landlord had to go through MY apartment and move MY fancy art to go do maintenance on anything for the building .
omg this is my favourite moc of all time!!! annie is the goat! i just wish you would keep making videos. your designs really helped me elevate and re-innovate my own mocs, inspirations from videos like the long modular bookstore/apartment. if you have a channel elsewhere i want to know and support it as well

The Grey aliens are telling me i was the subconscious inspiration for the conspiracy nut since Ufology is 1 of the few fascinations i rank higher than Lego, but i never know when to believe them. lol

Where did Annie get the inspiration for the sidewalk? It reminds me of Lisbon, Portugal. I'm designing the streets of my Lego city off the streets of Lisbon.
Thanks! She basically wanted to create a more arty looking sidewalk that drew focus towards the sliding doors. So, she created this designed while experimenting with the tiles. She looks forward to see your streets! All the best :-)
