Thank you, i bought a second joystick because the one who came with the ps5 have this issue, now the new joystick is starting to have the same problem 😢 (1 day of use) ...
Thanks for addressing this issue. It seems almost all of the dualsense have this issue of clicking and stutter but sadly all the videos are on stick drift. My dualsense which came with the ps5 have this issue on the left stick. Gonna open it mine and will apply wd40 silicone lube. Hope it will fix the issue
@@yonasbenatia8620 I tend not to use WD 40 cause it’s very oily and I don’t know the effects it has on electronics. I play it safe with silicone cause I know it’s safe for the circuit boards, sorry for the late reply
Thanks man. I tried to do it w the qtip and w the same lubricant. Couldnt get much in there. And fixed my issue for about 2 min. Ima squirt some in there now. 👍
Update. I took it back apart. Put a few drops. Rotated the stick on the module. Still studdery. Wasn't getting underneath. I pulled the stick down and put more. Lol. No more studder. It works great now. Because I put so much lube in there. It did run out onto the mother board. I let the excess run out and dabbed it up w paper towel air dried for a sec. Looked dry n clean. Slapped it back together. Works great. Brand new again. Thanks for the video. Hope my comment helps as well
@@mstout253 Thanks for the reply. I wonder why you didn't spray the lubricant as the guy did in the video? Manual application with a Q-tip is both challenging and not a precise technique imo...but I'm happy it worked out with your Dualsense in the end... I'll receive my can of the silicone spray Friday, so let's see how it goes.

Thanks for the vid, saved me from buying a new controller
The one that came with my ps5 has this issue. Not sure I want to pull it apart and do all that though.. 😅
Maybe even spraying around the stick might get some lubrication in there to help ?
Same issue, brand new, creaking
