That is the mentality Ange wants to get rid of from the Club, the fans and the players. It's been enshrined, engrained into the Spurs mentality. That has to go if Spurs ever want to be winners and compete for titles. I rate Ange's season as a "C" so far. I see progression with the team overall compared to last year, irrespective of the League Table difference. They are showing that they can destroy a team when they are in full flight. The negative is, some players still have lapses in concentration playing for the full 90 min. So far, it has been costly. I expect Ange to really shake the players up. Let the Westham game be a turning point for the rest of the season.
My rating: A- We've seen enough glimpses of "Angeball" to whet the appetite. All the stats are pointing in the right direction. When it clicks in every department, it has proven to be unstoppable. Yes, the Prem is Ange's biggest test but... nothing ventured nothing gained. The players have to commit to "Angeball" for at least 95 mins, not turn off when they think they can sit on a lead. Brighton was a big wake up call against any kind of complacency but IMO we are very close to clicking. Audere est Facere. (Cue the abuse!) 😜
It's too small a sample size to determine how our season is going imo. I think the Leicester, Newcastle and Brighton performances were poor. I think the reason for our losses are on Romero, Udogie combined with quite a few missed chances up front. I also think we have been unlucky with injuries,to Son, Richie and Odobert.

I personally think Spurs are still tightening up some loose ends and will improve drastically as the season continues. If I had to guess now I reckon you'll end up marking Spurs a B/B+ by the end of the season; which will likely mean the club either winning a trophy or finishing top four. COYS

No need to chase the game like we are losing just like the brighton game. Just keep possession and slow the game down when we score 2 or maybe 1 at times. Exciting football doesn’t win trophies. 3 points is all that matters. If it carries on like this I want ange out. I’d give a rating of D tbh
Tottenham's season has been excellent. We have dominated every single game we have played with an exception of maybe arsenal and Brighton second half. Up the spurs!!!
well, wins over 11/14/16...only a draw with 15, so not great season so far BUT ya can only play who is in front of you...December 31 after a full round is a good time to see where the season is .HappyBirthday.
Yes Grade C is about all you can give at this point, 3 wins & 3 losses is bang average and that's what Grade C means. The main problem this club has is they don't have a winning mentality and until that is changed they will continue to do what they've been doing for the last 30yrs.

@@SonnyTalksSpurs there are reasons for it: Overplayed, meaning he had no real break over the summer - affects concentration; prioritises country over club - he was on international duty, in his head, for the Brighton game - affects concentration; shouldn’t play after international travel - affects concentration; should focus on defending first before galavanting up field; needs to lead by example in performing to his job description - central DEFENDER; needs to lead the defence as the senior player of that unit. He needs to not play vs West Ham for all the reasons above. And needs a boot up the a**e for his Brighton apathy.
