Good info, but body position is entirely based on what you're doing and how you ride. When you're in it in a corner, you're in a whole different body position than when you're going straight on a freeway.
You don't want to toe the pegs normally, you want to use the peg as a pivot point, pushing the heel down and toe up to shift.

My dad has been rear ended 2 times on streetbikes, which permanently destroyed his shoulder, bone sticking out of the skin, and destroyed his back, basically all of the discs in his back are either herniated or impacted; doctors have said "you have the back of a pack mule). However, I've ridden atvs since I was 4 and dirtbikes since I was 8, at a semi-professional level between 10-14; I'm 24 now. Only costed me 2 of my teeth, which were shattered. Tip: On a curving road you don't know, look at the point where the two opposing sides of the road 'meet' or converge in front of you. If this point moves away from you, the road is opening up and you can sail through, obviously reading the signs for junctions and stuff. If the point is staying the same distance away from you, it's a steady curve and you maintain your speed through the turn. If the point is moving towards you, the curve is tightening up and you should slow up to avoid a possible problem.

What this guy failed to explain was why you don't lock your arms. You don't lock your arms because you want the front shocks to do their job and absorb all the shock and not impact with steering. If you have stiff/locked arms, that shock gets redistributed through your body (not great for steering) and back down your steering column (also not great for steering). It doesn't matter what bike, this is the physics of all front forked bikes, which is the typical design for practically all production bikes. The only bikes that don't have this design are custom bikes or prototypes and maybe some rare models.
