FILM DESCRIPTION:
This summer, experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar®-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that spans the globe. From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live--and hunt--alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history's most fearsome creatures.

ok this made me laugh 😂
@@JVidz4 Right? Hilarious! 🤣🤣

*Dilo:* No hat - he's not a secret agent here! 🤣
It's so poetic that Lewis Dodgson would be killed by the same kind of dinosaur that killed Dennis Nedry almost three decades ago.
I noticed that they just have to put Easter eggs in every single movie so that's kind of cool anyway I wasn't Dodson the one that didn't get his hands dirty he just took the case took it back to engine
He almost got killed by one in Camp Cretaceous if he wasn't saved by Kenji's dad.
I bet Dodgson got a well deserved and brutal death.

-Now you will die the same way as the fat man who destroyed Jurassic Park. -

That looks cool
Yes it's that.
I didn't notice that.
Yes that was actually well done.
Indeed a sign of poetic justice: Dodgson dying the same way Nedry did when stealing those embryos for him. Eaten alive by venom-spitting Dilophosauruses.

This is the most satisfyng death/scene of the movie, it's the perfect tribute to the Nedry's death in the first Jurassic park movie, also in this movie the dilophosaurus' animatronic is well done, this scene is pure nostalgia, beautiful.
He even dropped the can just like Ned
It's a tribute but I think Dodgson didn't deserve to die. He made a mistake but it was with good intentions. He's like Dr. Wu but Dr. Wu got his chance at redemption while Dodgson didn't.
@@chrisl9934 good intentions?! Are you brain damaged? NOTHING he did was good! HE hired Nedry while working for InGen, industrial sabotage. HE had Wu design locusts that would eat any grain other than Biosyn grain! He wanted nothing short of global domination! His death was 30 YEARS overdue, as the entire situation involving BOTH TRIOLOGIES was the result of HIS schemes! Never in the history of science fiction did a character deserve a grisly fate as Dodson!!
@@chrisl9934 Disagree. Dogdson was a rat and an opportunist who would do anything to cover up his tracks and not care about anyone who works for him. Not to mention he was the villain who started it all and was responsible for virtually just about everything that happened throughout the Jurassic franchise. He totally deserved the gruesome, horrible death he got.
@@rash1990ful How is he to be blamed for everything? He is at best a business competitor to InGen and John Hammond. He doesn't even feature much in the entire franchise and was just shoehorned into this villain role in the 3rd Jurassic World movie. Just very poor selection of a villain imo. The Giganotosaurus too. The dinosaur was just being a dinosaur and doing its thing and had to die somehow.
Fitting end to the man practically responsible for everything
As much I love that we get to see Dilophosaurus again, I much wanting them appear fully grown, Dilophosaurus are actually big.
Right?! Dilophosaurus was long as a crocodile and two meters tall!
The novel dilo was big
@@ruyaki7057 exaclty. The novel Dilo that killed Nedry lifted him with its jaws. Pretty strong to lift a fat bank like Nedry
@@thehacker2125 didnt the indoraptor do that too with the ken guy?
@@ruyaki7057 yes. Im gonna guess the novel Dilo has the same height as an upright IRaptor. Or just a little short
When the Dilophosaurus cornered Dodgson, I was like, "EAT!"
@Ethan Because I’ve been waiting for him to die a long time now!
Dodgson: what's your story
Dilophosaurus: To kill you like we killed ya boi Nedry
This was the best part of the movie. Hate them or love them, the dilos were a classic only made infamous by Michael Crichton and Steven Spelbeirg’s creativity
I wish it was a bit more graphic. I know its pg 13 but we've already seen what they can do with that in past films.
@@linkofvev You know, Nedry had a pretty graphic death in the book. Not only was he blinded with venom, but his stomach was lashed open causing his own intestines to fall into his hands, before his head was crushed in the jaw of a larger dinosaur. The chapter ends with Nedry longing for the sweet release of death.
Only very angry virgins "hate" Dilophosaurus.
@@Bahr-im7pn the novels dilophosaur was way more cooler then the one, from the films.
@@BerryDeLajt yep, the frills just take away the fear factor for me imo and plus they aren’t nearly as big as in the novel (the dilophosaurus is about 20 feet long in the books and about 6 feet tall, about 2 feet taller than irl). Meanwhile the film dilophosaurus literally gets defeated by someone coming up behind it and choking it 💀
I predicted this back in 2021, but when I saw that they ACTUALLY went with this decision just made me smile.
Dilophosaurus#1 : Dodgson!!! Dodgson!!! We've Got Dodgson, Here!!!
Dilophosaurus#2 : See? Nobody Cares
Dilophosaurus#3 : Don't get cheap on us, Dodgson

It took nearly 30 years however dilophosaurus returned to the big screen eventually!
Unless you count that Dilo hologram in Jurassic World
At 0:59, I always thought that was the one behind the glass that breaks through. This is the first time I realize it’s the reflection of what he’s seeing behind the camera angle of the one coming in following him
A really amazing shot in an otherwise really frustrating movie.
Literally died the same way Nedry did. I practically laughed and cheered in the movie theater
Such a satisfying death for the villain who started it all.
I just kinda wish Dodgson was more evil like how he was in the 2nd novel that way the death would be more satisfying.
@@reverbtheraptor8529 well yeah but here he's more of a modern version of himself. Now he's old and a CEO who shouldn't compromise his status. But in my head-canon he still threw Sarah off the boat and that's the way how she got to Isla Sorna in the first place but didn't say this anybody. The guy who actively tried to kill people just so nobody would know about his mistakes is 100% capable of something like this
@@reverbtheraptor8529 ya he was an absolute worm in the book

Dilophosorus: "Dodgson? Dodgson! WE GOT DODGSON HERE"

Barry said it best. “These people…they never learn!”
The return of Dodgson was definitely one of the best parts of this movie
You mispelled dilophosaurus
It would have been if they didn’t waste him his death sucked too
It would have been way cooler if he escaped the train car, only to run into a *fully grown* Dilophosaurus
that would be awesome. One the size of the one in the Novel!
“I thought you’re one of your big brothers”
Dodgson's death is even more satisfying when one keeps in mind that he was the sole reason that Jurassic Park failed in the first place.
HE hired Nedry to steal the Dinosaur embryos, which Nedry managed to do by by shutting down the security systems.
Sure, that tropical storm contributed. But for the most part, Dodgson is responsible for everyone who died in '93.
So, yes. From the moment he first showed up I was waiting to see him become Dino Food (the fact that he is killed by the same dinosaur that killed Nedry was the icing on the cake.)
Whut up u next
Like henchman like boss
Yeas and no preaty much the tropical storm Had nothing to do with that
The power was taken out by nedry
If it werent for dogson
Jurassic park would newer fail until it wouldnt make their own indo rex and ya so on

You DO realize Ingen is the villain, not Nedry right? It was Hammond who started it all, and he kept going until after Lost World.

It’s the barbasol curse. You carry it and you’ll be attacked by a dilophosaurus.
Dilophosaurus :“Nedry sends his regards ~”
Dilophosaurus kills Dodgson like Dilophosaurus kills Nedry
History repeats it’s self.
One thing about this scene that bugs me is how the heck did those 3 Dilophosaurs got into the tunnels and that specific tunnel that Dodgson just happened to be using.
The Tunnels are under the senctuary and when they deactivated the Systems, the Chips in the Brains of the dinosaurs doesnt work anymore so the Dilophosaurus can freely Wald around like it wants like the other Dinosaurs
I guess they entered the outpost Giganotosaurus broke
The poetic irony of this was 💯. It was so perfect. Well done!
I know what dilophosaurus is thinking, it’s payback time!

The Giganotasaurus isnt the villain. Its not evil. Its a freaking animal. Goddamn people are stupid......
@@neozillatheneontitanusgojirayeah
I love how they made a mix out of Nedrys death scene and Ray Arnolds planned death scene in the first movie. What a great way of repeating something that you couldnt do back then.
a fitting end for a fitting villain
Best villain and best death scene since the first film.
Looks Dodgson ended up just like Dennis Nedry
yep
0:44 shaving cream can be like “not again!!!”
Honestly, I think this part could’ve been survived pretty easily. The smoke from the tunnel gives a great cover, and just one well timed burst of smoke could let you easily run past the Dilophosaurus. And you could alternately just grab it and try to defend yourself, their only real strength is their spit. They aren’t agile either, so it wouldn’t be hard to get past one. And you could easily outrun the thing. Dodgson had so many other options than basically just giving up.
Dodgson:what’s your back story
Dilo:Sick!!!!!!
I think that what jurassic park fans don't realize in this scene is that this is a callback to the original jurassic park, when the tour guide said when dilophosaurus spits the venom at it's prey it causes not only blindness but also paralysis. I noticed it in theaters when the dilophosaurus venom touched dodgson, the venom paralyzed him and the dilophosaurus enjoyed their meal. Was I the only one who noticed this callback or did other fans noticed it too?
Lol "what's your story?" Also he was paralyzed at the end from the venom.
You can here the gentle hooting and whistling of it just like it did before Nedry was attacked, only this time it was two Dilophosaurusses
Three
That Barbasol Can is basically just bad luck
Thank You JW franchise for bringing back Dilo. Great reference to revive with that Barbasol can and Dodgson ❤ Dilos to eachother must be saying
“Dodgson we got Dodgson in here” 😂😂
One of my favorite things about JP: Dominion is that many scenes were done with practical effects
He did pretty much deserve it. He's the most heinous villain in the franchise.
No, Hammond did. Unwittingly of course, but he did.
@@McLarenMercedes No he didn't.

1:21 I like to think that the dilo that finishes off dodgson is the same dilo that killed Dennis in the first movie. If it is then that would be insane.
That would make no sense
@@bob_1216 nah, it could be true since it would be an adult around the time jwd takes place, and it would also be poetic that the same one that killed Dennis would be the same one that kills the man who hired him
@@Gaming2DMX no like that particular Dilophosaur would of been dead by the time of this movie, pretty sure any remaining dilophosaurs still on Isla nublar after the first movie were all killed off just before the events of fallen kingdom
@@bob_1216 no, they repurposed them for Jurassic world. We even see this because the T. rex in world is the same one from park same with the brachiosaurus from park being killed off in fallen kingdom. The only acceptions are the raptors which got destroyed in the visitors center
@@Gaming2DMX no there’s a website made for promotional material sake that lists all the dinosaurs that were extinct after the events of the first Jurassic world movie, dilophosaurs is listed as one of them
0:35 Dilophosaurus is like "Let's Dance!!! Behold my true form"
Say Hi To, Dennis.
The dilophosaurus in Jurassic World got into medical treatment, with the problem being a fungal infection that appeared on the animal’s frill.
So that's why they never appeared physically in the film
The dilophosaurus would be terrifying if it had its accurate size.
1:22

Dilophosaurus 1: "Dodgson?"
Dilophosaurus 2: "Dodgson!!!"
Dilophosaurus 3: "We've got Dodgson here!!!"
That Barbasol can for Embryos just should be now considered completely just an omen of bad luck there.
From all we have seen from JP to Camp Cretaceous to JW: Dominion… yeah it’s legend is basically the one who holds it shall be attacked or die to the Dilophosaurus.
This was the first they showed up again after 29 years
Nedry's revenge.
Most accurate portrayal of the hyperloop in film so far
My mom and I thought it was perfect for Dodgson to die the same way as Nedry
Yeah, Same Way That Dennis Nedry Died In The Book
God, I have a lump in my throat, how disappointed I am, I didn’t expect that dominion would be such a shame and this is the end of Jurassic World and Jurassic Park, why?😭😭😭
oh okay, the main thing is that I will review and love Jurassic Park and Jurassic World until the end of my days, because I love dinosaurs and I hope that they will at least think of something to continue the franchise, although this is unlikely because, firstly, the actors have survived, and secondly, the franchise has lasted for 29 years and thirdly, the dinosaurs are no longer the same as they were in Spielberg’s masterpieces, it’s a shame that part 3 slipped and received a golden raspberry award as the worst movie about dinosaurs.😭🦖🦕❤️
nostalgia tears my soul in half
Poetic justice I love it
Executive producers: We need a good death for our main antagonist.
excelente
tremendo todo, mucha acción y drama con tensión
Quick question. Why when approached by three Dilophosaurus, did Dodgson do nothing except say , "What's your story?"
I mean, this wasn't as silly as Carnosaur where one of the hippies looked at a fully grown raptor and said, "Greetings Green Brother" to it.........but it was still pretty silly.
Peter Ludlow (John Hammond’s nephew) in Lost World’s death by the baby T-Rex was how Dodgson in the book. I’m glad that they finally brought the character back so he could have that villain role he had in the book and then get killed off in the end. And since they finally did Dodgson’s death in this film, I was thinking it would mean that they would kill off Dr. Henry Wu as well because in the first book, he was killed by raptors. Since they’re thinking of making more films in the future, I guess they’ll get to his death eventually.
I haven’t seen those guys in a while since Jurassic Park 1
Dilophosauraus don’t like people stealing embryos just ask Nedry
I think from every movie in Hollywood jumping aboard the nostalgia trend, this one's the most guilty.
The whole movie is just a fan service
Well this scene is fitting Karma since that's how Nedry died by trying to do corporate espionage, he does the same by using those locusts to destroy competing farms so people can eat his food instead.
