Yaaay this makes me so happy! Glad you're back :) I have done this recipe twice and it is SO GOOD. For sure will be making it again this year! It can be quite hard to find a replacement for the mini eggs, as we don't have them in Portugal, but I have been using M&M's eggs and the cookies turn out delicious
