Tip:
for others who can't get the music to work. Connect the lamp not only with the name: Dream-354e but also with NH-69 this was the splition for me. It seems it has two seperate bluetooth channels, (or however you call it)
one for music and one for the clock and light.

How do you factory reset? The clock isn’t working. I pressed to set the time, when I was finished I pressed the clock button, it kept blinking then it went back to 00:00

Hey dude mine goes red and wont change any colours i have had it for 2 hours and it dosent light up well. I was looking at the reviews and a lot of people had this issue.
Hi mine has the same problem it doesn’t change any others colors just red I don’t know what to do to fix it or reset it
Pro: the wake up light option. It isn't like the expensive ones that use the time researchers found the best time to use to broghten the lamp but it is still very nice. The bluetooth speaker isn't as bad as i was afraid of but still isn't very good but enough for when i am washing and cleaning the floor it is on. The light options are amazing.
My complain:
I have had the lamp in test for a week and different problems showed op. It started great then after a day it only showed a red light. Unplugging, reinstall the app and so on didn't work. It worked to use the tip above. Cinnect to both Dreame-354e and NH-69 in bluetooth since then it was fixed. Only thing is the anoying voice for bluetooth mode and wireless charging which wakes up my little boy the room next to ours
Hi, can I ask you a question? you who already have experience with the wake up light, how can I deactivate one of the alarms that enter directly into the lamp? since my cousin moved it I don't understand how to deactivate an alarm that she set at 4 am and that rings every day 😢😅

Does this provide schedule light alarm during daytime? I’m struggling to find a schedule alarm for my supplements and med. I’m deaf. It’s so hard to find. I don’t like to wear Apple Watch. Or phone with me all the time. Is this one works best???
Hello this is a late reply. But I have just bought this. If you put your alarms on your phone and connect your phone with the lamp with bluetooth then the lamp makes lights and alarm sounds when your alarm on your phone goes off. :)
How do do it with a G63 one i have got no instructions for it. But i have managed to connect to the Bluetooth

Found a manual on Temu, it has a Very small battery. Temu doesn't recommend charging phone while disconnected from power supply. Battery is for Bluetooth speaker and keeping time. Got this today. Still finding out stuff. No radio function on mine. There are other versions of this G thing. Mine has 4 buttons, others have 7. Tried 3 apps for lighting from other reviewers, none work. Could be better, but I'm happy.

So.. Anyone know how to turn off the alarm? I set the alarm to a time. Then disabled it not to set off. But it still start when last set alarm time is reached.
Kinda annoying not be able to disable the alarm time not to start sounding each day.

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
While standing near Rest, turn your Bluetooth back on
Unplug Rest for 20 seconds
Plug Rest back in and make sure the power cord is firmly in place
Hold the power button in (center button in the middle of the base)
While holding the power button, insert/release a paperclip into the small reset hole in the base (near "contains FCC ID")

Si funciona bien la devolución del dinero, diría que es sólo una pérdida de tiempo. Trabajo 3 minutos "bien" después de luchar para conectarse. La app es confusa y no intuitiva. Después de esos 3 minutos, se quedó fijo 90 % del arco con luz azul claro, supongo que lo máximo de blanco y sólo un 10 % obedecía a los botones y a la app. Sólo digo.

This only works with Apple and some Samsung phones. It's not compatible with Google Pixel, at least the sounds not compatible. I can adjust lighting from my pixel 6 phone but nothing else. It's default settings is loud af. It's terrible for the middle of the night.
