Yes, there are tons of Christian Churches and many Jewish Synagogues throughout Egypt.

No bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, basement, sitting area? I guess they roped all that off?
The house wasn’t set up like it was back then, so we were seeing a lot of these spaces, they just didn’t have any furniture or anything. It was more about the history of the neighborhood and the house instead of what the house actually looked like when it was fully furnished.
I’d say if you want to see the amazing architecture and beautiful views, go for sure! But if you’d like to see a furnished mansion, then skip it.

Why had it been closed for so many years?
I believe it needed to be restored, and then the downturn from the revolution halted a lot of projects in Egypt.
I was there last Thursday, it’s better to go to “girls college metro station” rather than “alahram metro station” because then you don’t have to cross the road
Thank you for this tip, Abdulrhman! For my viewers, the "girls college" metro station is labelled as "Kolayet El Binat" in the metro (this is the Arabic transliteration for "girl's college".
Also, like I show at the end of the video, another solution for crossing the road is to use the underground tunnel--no car dodging required :)

Egyptian civilization museaum for sure and any other suggestions would be great. Send me ideas. And if you can set it all up that would be great!!!! Our trafalgar tour starts Tuesday may 17. What is the best way to get more cash when we get there. I got a couple hundred ahead of time But obviously that won’t be enough.
