Great list.Although tbf to it, Army Men 3D was one of the best selling games of the month of it's release and spawned a massive franchise of over 10 related games so perhaps not all that obscure!
I'd be excited if you keep this up. I have many super vague memories of some video games as a kid that are just not enough to find anything for them so it'd be cool to find them so i can investigate them.
I owned most of these as a Kid. Now thinking back to it, I always went to the same store to purchase my games, but I would buy the ones left over because the best ones were all gone. Lol :P
Some are bad, but some are great like Radical Bikers or PO'ed. PO'ed is a funny Doom like with crazy weapons and enemies. The particularity of this game is that most of the levels are verticals and you need to use a jetpack. Sometimes, your vision is troubled by blood and you see your hand wash the screen. Too underrated imo.

A lot of these ps1 games looked better than the N64. I heavily underestimated this console.
